There’s an exciting energy on the streets at Shanghai Fashion Week, where some collectsions are being presented IRL. Some of that buzz was created by colorful, attention-grabbings prints that come with personalities of their own. They ranged from more traditional florals to leopard spots to novelty motifs—including monsters! Shanghai street style, as captured by Dave Tacon and Suki Liang for Vogue, is far from mundane. The takeaway here is to move beyond black and white and embrace color and fun as we start dressing with joy again.
