Forget Fifty Shades of Grey, this week was all about black-and-white graphic glamour, from **Tilda Swinto n'**s Schiaparelli Couture to **Dree Hemingway'**s Chloé trousers. Of course, there were the wild cards as well–hello Kate Moss and **Miley Cyrus–**reliable only in the fact that they never play by anyone's rules but their own.
