No classic gowns or sleek suits here: A-listers went for bold designs that were destined to make headlines. I mean, who could have possibly predicted Kylie Jenner’s lion head Schiaparelli look? At Valentino, Anne Hathaway piled on the sequins with an embroidered dress over embellished tights—finished with a leopard print bag and heels, because more is more! At Giambattista Valli, The White Lotus star Simona Tabasco leaned into the label’s frothy designs, sporting an orange tulle gown with a crisscrossed, ab-revealing cutout.
