Summer is sadly coming to a close, but Balmain isn’t letting the carefree days slip away without one final hoorah. Over the weekend, the Parisian couture house took over the Hamptons by hosting a pop-up shop and a dreamy alfresco dinner under the stars—both at The Surf Lodge.
Just like the joyously glamorous designs in Balmain’s collectsions, the high-energy party scene proved to be the perfect place for the brand to fête the summer. With a DJ blasting tunes to a crowded house of revelers, dinner guests, which included a bevy of models—like Kelly Bensimon and Duckie Thot—escaped beyond a wooden fence and trotted through sand to a hidden nook, where a generously long table set with bouquets of white roses and cedarwood-scented candles awaited.
Just in time to enjoy the breathtaking sunset on the lakefront property, bartenders welcomed attendees with Casa Del Sol tequila to get the party started, and the waiters served up a four-course meal throughout the evening.
While summer 2022 might be long gone, guests will forever have those late-night soirée memories (and the fancy Balmain x Trudon candles) to cherish.
