The excitements of the spring 2026 edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week—which included Cecilie Bahnsen’s 10-year anniversary blowout, Anne Sofie Madsen and Freya Dalsjø’s catwalk returns, Caro Editions’ bridal-themed romp, Rolf Ekroth’s forest trek, and Nicklas Skovgaard’s slumber party—weren’t limited to the streets and the runways. There was plenty of action happening behind the scenes, as these photographs (taken in locations cramped or spacious: at a racetrack, the royal stables, by the harbor, and in a forest) show. They zoom in on details, reveal the last-minute preparations made by designers and their teams, and capture the camaraderie and high spirits of the backstage.
