Golden Globes 2016: The Best Dressed Celebrities on the Red Carpet

This year’s best Golden Globes looks were the most fashion forward: delicate pinafores, glistening frocks, and calculated beauty (undone and intriguing, done and curiously perverse). This was not a red carpet for wallflowers.
