“The cool thing about New York is that you can go anywhere in anything, as long as you look good,” says Snow, a photographer. Traina, ever the stylist, isn’t afraid of bending the rules. “I never treat pieces like they’re too precious,” she says. “The clothes that I wear to black-tie events get dressed down for casual cocktail parties.” On Traina: Kenneth Cole New York cotton shirt, $80; kennethcole.com. On Snow: Phineas Cole blazer. James de Givenchy for Taffin pearl cuff links.

Chandler, a photographer, shares an affection for Savile Row suiting with her model-turned-stylist husband and isn’t above swiping button-downs from his wardrobe—something Guinness almost seems to encourage. “There’s a sophisticated rebellion about her that makes everything look even better,” he says. “After all, it’s the woman that makes the clothes—not the opposite.” On Chandler: The Row silk blazer ($2,990) and pants ($2,250); select Saks Fifth Avenue stores.
