The long fashion month in New York and Europe has come to a close, but in Moscow the runway shows are just beginning. Russia Fashion Week Fall 2018 has officially kicked off, and so too has the annual street style parade. Frigid temperatures in the capital city are no match for these showgoers, who get crafty with layering fur outerwear, shiny puffer coats, and sharp blazers.
