Labor Day may mark the start of back-to-school and the fall fashion season, but this week's scorching temperatures had our ten best dressed decked out in spectacular summer clothes. Spotted in red-hot hues (on both lips and clothing) and breezy skirts and dresses—there wasn't a pant or jacket in sight—these women were clearly taking advantage of these last precious days of warm weather.
