Taylour Paige felt good putting on her exquisitely tailored Thom Browne trench for the American designer’s spring 2026 show at Paris Fashion Week. She was even more amped up by the “glorious” Thom Browne team’s reaction.
“I just loved the way I felt in it,” she tells Vogue. “It is such a beautiful coat, and nothing beats a pointy toe with that silhouette.” Her cream coat featured expansive lapels and wide buckled sleeves, cinched dramatically at the waist. Paige added some cherry red and white pumps with corset-like laces and stitching, and a matching bibbed shoulder bag.
In her everyday life, the actor dresses quite intuitively. “I dress how I feel, or sometimes, I dress how I want to feel,” says the Welcome to Derry actor. “I used to hide a lot in baggier comfortable clothing. I believe it was my [previous] life in leotards. And I had this strange, subconscious ‘don’t look at me yet’ attitude. Now, I say, ‘have a look.’”
For glam, Paige looked to makeup artist Morgane Martini, hairstylist Rio Sreedharan for a wet-look bun, and nails by Julia Diogo.
And before a show like today’s, Paige feels “in true alignment.” “I’ve taken a bath. I’ve had some stillness. I’ve hydrated. I’ve had my bone broth or powdered L glutamine. I’ve hit the sauna. I’ve taken in some sunlight and breathed in the day. I have good music going. I’ve iced my face. And I’ve slept.” (Which isn’t usually the case, having a five-month-old child).

Her favorite look, from the Close Encounter of the Third Kind-esque runway at the Hotel Pozzo de Borgo, is difficult to choose. “Oh my goodness, the craftsmanship was just unbelievable,” Paige says. “I really enjoyed the button-down with the green tie and pink tie. I loved the zipper dress. I loved the massive structured coats. From a craft perspective…how!? I have so many questions. How many hours? How many people? And all of the colors, sincerely, make me happy. Oh, and I love that dress with the sweater drawn into it.”
Outside of the shows, Paige has been delving into Paris’s bookstores, museums, decadent dinners, and a crêpe here and there. “It is such a beautiful, Venusian place,” Paige says of the City of Light. “I sincerely cannot believe people built what we see. For all of our disgruntled, fragmented history and present, the human spirit, skill, tenacity, and desire to bring about beautiful things is enchanting.”
