Happy Halloween! This weekend, New York and Los Angeles exploded with lavish celebrations drawing the biggest names in fashion to show off their one-night-only transformations. Every year the costumes get bigger and better. And the parties follow suit. From intimate gatherings to ball-out bashes, the Halloween festivities fear to be never-ending. Ivy Getty's Halloween Party at Chapel Bar
On Thursday night, Ivy Getty hosted a sinful bash at Chapel Bar. In the dim, glamorous space—a mid-19th century church transformed into a private club—downtown cool kids kicked off the weekend in style. For the festivities, the hostess transformed herself into Poison Ivy, green skin and all. Ballet dancer Violetta Komyshan dressed as Odile. Man-about-town Zach Weiss sported a vintage football uniform, complete with a Vuitton ball. Brockhampton’s Joba wrapped a plush bathrobe around himself. Model Teddy Quinlivan wore hardly anything at all. Spicy margaritas circled the room as guests swapped plans for a glamorous and debauched three days ahead. -Ian Malone
Michael Braun and Vas Morgan’s Halloween Party at Limitless X
After Michael Braun and Vas Morgan's shut down Halloween in Los Angeles with their Squid Games-themed soirée last year, there was much anticipation around this year’s concept. Inspired by sets from Stanley Kubrick films, Braun recreated Hollywood’s most iconic scenes as the settings for his annual Halloween bash. The Overlook Hotel from the Shining took over his pool area and, of course, featured cut-outs of the iconic Grady twins. The ceremony from Eyes Wide Shut transformed the dancefloor music provided by MiSCHiEF BOY, while the out-of-this-world bar was influenced by none other than 2001:A Space Odyssey. As always, the party drew a notable crowd including Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, Kid Cudi, Paris Hilton, Jared Leto, Camilla Mendes, Ashely Benson, Abigail Cowan, Doja Cat, Jodi Turner-Smith, Kristen Stewart, Lili Reinhart, Lori Harvey, Machine Gun Kelly, and Meghan Fox, to name a few. - Eliseé Browchuk

The Boom Boom Room
No one throws a party like The Boom Boom Room. On Saturday night, the glittering space, atop the Standard Highline, filled with New York’s most magnetic personalities across fashion, art, film, and music. Jeremy O’Harris and Lykke Li hosted the event along with Yola Mezcal’s founders, Yola Jimenez, and Gina Correll Aglietti.
Emily Ratajkowski, a vision in black, moved through the shimmering crowd. A casual Mark Ronson caught up with an extravagantly costumed Derek Blasberg. Designer Emily Bode sported one of her much-discussed Halloween costumes (a clown). In what may have been the most witty and political costumes, Antoni Porowski and Kevin Harrington dressed as Mar-a-Lago staff, complete with confidential documents stuffed in their shorts.
Late into the night, Sudan Archives electrified attendees with a performance on top of the bar. The energy and creativity served as a reminder of what makes Halloween so fun and freeing—and what makes New York unlike any other city in the world. - I.M.
The Ned NoMad's Haunted Hotel with The Box
When two New York nightlife moguls team up for Halloween, the outcome is likely to be spookier than ever. And that was exactly the case for The Ned’s haunted house meets all-night rave in collaboration with The Box. Larger than life skeletons and marble statues covered in blood greeted notable guests including Stella Maxwell, Pat McGrath, Irina Shayk, Evan Mock, Taylor Hill, G-Eazy, and British Vogue’s Edward Enninful upon arrival. Spanning across multiple floors of the private social club and hotel, this Halloween party masterminded by Richie Akiva was one not to miss. -E.B.

Unemployed x Galvan London in the Lower East Side
Saturday night, Unemployed and Galvan London teamed up for a très cool party hosted at the Lower East Side Moxy hotel’s newest hotspot, Loosie’s. Things got appropriately loose with musical performances from Maddi Waterhouse and Silvia Prada. But the night served as more than just a Halloween party—two (Anna Christin-Haas and Katherine Holmgren) out of the four Galvan girls (the masterminds behind It girl brand Galvan London) were in town, fresh from London. Plus, the duo behind Unemployed magazine (Cecile Winckler And Sophie Tabet) were feting the launch of their creative agency. Guests in attendance included Martha Hunt, Tony Hawk, Diana Agron, Richie Shazam, Teddy Quinlivan, Jacquelyn Jablonski, Carlotta Kohl, Jason Wu, and more. Lots of girls wore Galvan; Christin-Haas and Holmgren wore spotted pieces as the Cruella’s dalmatians, while Kolh turned up at the Pillsbury Doughboy and Shazam did his take on sexy pink panther. Casamigos Threw the Ultimate House Party
There are many things that contribute to making the Casamigos Halloween party The Halloween party in Hollywood. There’s the venue: an estate in Beverly Hills transformed into a haunted house, complete with custom-created LED-lined neon tombstones, an agave “pumpkin patch,” and flashing hazard lights. The drinks: endless pours of Casamigos blanco, reposado, and anejo tequilas from bars that line the dancefloor and Jetsons-inspired servers passing around cucumber jalapeno margaritas. The hosts: the tequila brand’s co-founders Rande Gerber, George Clooney, and Mike Meldman. But most importantly, the full commitment guests make to their costumes, hiring stylists and makeup artists months in advance to refine their looks
While awards aren’t officially given out for best dressed, ruling the night were Rebel Wilson and her crew dressed as Barbie dolls (still in their hot pink boxes), Leslie Mann navigating the dancefloor on roller skates, Tyga dressed as E.T. (complete with light-up finger), Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly dressed as and Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee, Jasmine Tookes, and husband Juan David Borrero as Tinker Bell and Captain Hook, and dressed as a nun, Wiz Khalifa making an entrance with a lit blunt in his mouth. Elegant as always hosts Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber came in Yellowstone-inspired outfits, while daughter Kaia Gerber channeled Catwoman and turned heads in a black latex suit with a slick bob.
A packed dancefloor (courtesy of DJ Daisy O’Dell) stayed full well into the night with partygoers that also included Henry Golding, Trevor Noah, Molly Sims, Taylor Lautner, Peter Morton, Cara Santana, Ryan Phillippe, Brian Grazer, Barbara Sturm, Scott Stuber, John McEnroe, Rachel Zoe, Monique Lhuillier, Keegan- Michael Key, and Sara Sampaio. Indochine's Boozy Fall Brunch
Indochine, the legendary downtown eatery, hosted the ultimate spooky morning on Sunday to kick off its new brunch offering. For decades, the restaurant’s leafy walls have attracted artists, tastemakers, and provocateurs. This week was no exception—only the daylight hour made the usually dim space seem new again. With CT Hedden acting as master of ceremonies, the vibrant atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Designers like Christian Siriano, Nicole Miller, and Christian Cowan joined legendary fashion editors like Lynn Yaeger for drinks and treats. A characteristically eclectic crew of nightlife creatures, social fixtures, and reality starlets descended on the haunt.
