With the men’s shows in Europe currently in full swing, many of the week’s best-dressed women leaned into a more androgynous look. Kim Jones’s fall 2020 collectsion paid tribute to Buffalo collectsive icon, Judy Blame, with Swedish pop queen Robyn leading the way in one of the brand’s color-blocked bomber moments before it hit the runway. Paired with cigarette pants, a half-tucked button-down shirt, and a single earring, the piece aptly channeled the rebellious spirit of the London ’90s movement.

Elsewhere, suiting reigned supreme. On the streets of Paris, Bella Hadid made her presence felt in classic pinstripes, styling Maison Margiela’s wide-leg trousers and matching blazer with a neon yellow knit. Over in Milan, British rapper Little Simz turned heads on the front row at Gucci, arriving in creative director Alessandro Michele’s take on the leisure suit. With the addition of zebra print cat-eye sunglasses and a boxy leather clutch, her ’70s-style khaki separates were undeniably cool.

Of course, you didn’t have to borrow from the boys to stand out. At the Critics Choice Awards, Zendaya shut down the red carpet in the ultimate feminine statement piece: a glossy pink Tom Ford breastplate. Equally alluring was Yara Shahidi in a burgundy windbreaker from Beyoncé’s Ivy Park x Adidas collectsion, easily the most highly anticipated collaboration to hit the streets in recent memory.
