In Milan, Imane Khelif, the Olympic boxing champion from Algeria, joined Kendall Jenner, Jacob Elordi, Yara Shahidi, Julianne Moore, and Michelle Yeoh (among others) at Bottega Veneta’s spring 2025 runway in Milan. Tennis stars Jannik Sinner, Taylor Fritz, and Matteo Berrettini were also seen at the spring shows, with the latter two joining three-time fence Olympian Miles Chamley-Watson on the runway at Boss's spring 2025 show. The message of the show, according to designer Marco Falcioni, was to “get out of the office” and saw soccer legend David Beckham front row. In other sports news, AVAVAV took to the track for its spring 2025 collectsion and saw models run in the brand’s unconventional four-finger footwear. The setting was fitting as the brand has a new partnership with Adidas.

Across the pond, Burberry’s spring 2025 show hosted Olympians Keely Hodgkinson and Katarina Johnson-Thompson front row, along with soccer stars Eberechi Eze and Marc Guéhi during London Fashion Week. Speaking of soccer, the Arsenal Football Club area played host to the Labrum spring 2025 show with Arsenal defensive midfielder Declan Rice making his runway debut.

In New York, Olympians Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, Gabby Thomas, and Noah Lyles all attended New York Fashion Week for the first time. Lee was seen front row at prominent shows including Brandon Maxwell, Off-White, and Tommy Hilfiger, while Chiles made her runway debut, bringing the Kim Shui Spring 2025 ready-to-wear show to a close in a floral, leotard-inspired look. “I am so excited but nervous at the same time,” she told Vogue ahead of the show. Meanwhile, all eyes were on Gabby Thomas at Carolina Herrera and Tommy Hilfiger, where the track darling sat front row.

This season, Willy Chavarría presented his spring 2025 collectsion as well as a new Adidas collaboration of “ready-to-wear and sneakers inspired by the ‘Jabbar’ style, created for Kareem Abdul Jabbar in 1978—the first sneaker ever created with an athlete—which is being re-released next year,” reported Vogue’s senior fashion news editor Laia Garcia-Furtado. And the collab wasn’t the only surprise: Attendees watched, stunned, as 100M gold medalist Noah Lyles closed the show. The track star wore a shirtless look by the designer (highlighting more than Chavarria’s athletic wear). “I’m not going to lie, I was a little tentative [about] the outfit, but it’s a good thing I workout all year,” he told Vogue backstage. “It’s a lot easier [to prepare for a runway show vs. a track meet]. Instead of running fast, I only have to walk fast, which I can definitely do.”

The starry show also saw Portland Trail Blazer Jerami Grant on the runway and NBA star Jordan Clarkson front row. A few miles away from the festivities, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson arrived to Giants Stadium wearing a look from Ib Kamara’s spring 2025 Off-White collectsion—the same afternoon the collectsion debuted on a New York Fashion Week runway. In attendance for the spring 2025 show were sports couple Frances Tiafoe and Ayan Broomfield.
