"When paired with Chloé gladiator sandals, this Proenza Schouler dress instantly creates hippie flair. Knitwear always brings to mind simplicity and comfort, but also sophistication. Not to be forgotten are a belt cinched at the waist and my favorite accessory, a hat. I love this boater by Saint Laurent. Naturally the look wouldn't be complete without the cherry on top: a striking pair of sunglasses by Fendi!
"Less is more! My style is simple; I try to avoid being out of place and to always add a touch of elegance. It's difficult for me to describe my style with just one word or trend; I prefer to be free and always tend to change my mind depending on my mood. For me what counts are the details—a foulard, hat, or pair of shoes."

"I am a bit of a grungy rock chick at heart, but the summer leather that is coming out is so much more polished, and I think that by playing with colors and texture you can create a look that's
grown-up and rock 'n' roll."My style is such that I dress casual things up and dressier things down, and I like to give a masculine twist to something feminine. Comfort is essential for me. I believe that if you feel comfortable, you will always appear more confident."

"The recipe for my dream combo consists of a cool top/jacket/shirt and jeans paired with shoes that put the outfit on point, be it sneakers, crazy-cool heels, or just a simple flat sandal. Accentuate the look with small golden details, a signet ring, earrings, or a necklace or two.
"My style has always been influenced by the music scene (the Ramones are still major style icons to me), and has thus been defined by jeans, leather jackets, white tees, and '70 chic. On the other hand, I moved to Scandiland at age 14, where I discovered conceptual minimalism and was absolutely mesmerized by its laid-back simplicity. As far as my style goes, you can see these influences very clearly—the rock vibe is always present, be it in a scarf or a belt, but the mixture itself is simple and easy, with more play on proportions, attitude, and silhouette than on patterns and colors."

"The two main trend stories that have caught my eye this season are the '70s revival and denim. Translated into an outfit, that would imply flares, rich rust hues, and lots of suede. Also essential is something leather by golden boy J.W. Anderson for Loewe.
"You could call my style French, in the sense that I am confortable with repeating outfits and developing a sort of uniform, but I'm a huge believer in the British mentality of wearing what you want when you want. In my case, that doesn't mean being super-eccentric, but on the contrary—feeling free to dress down when everyone else will be adopting a more polished look. Done-undone is how I like to roll."

"It's spring now! The warmer weather is perfect for less layering and shorter hemlines. This sequined dress, worn with a white shirt underneath, is casual yet polished enough to bring me from meetings to evening events. The sneakers are my comfortable, trusted shoes of choice to run around in and get my daily things done. I'm a trousers kind of girl—I don't really wear dresses much, but when I do, I'll match them with a less feminine, edgy kind of accessory, like this pair of Adidas sneakers.
"I dress according to my mood, so my style is ever-changing, but I always go for something minimal, comfortable, and fuss-free."

"Isabel Marant always does these super-easy, super-cool jackets and vests. They make basic looks feel very put-together, and there is nothing like washed-silk shirtdresses to trot around the city during the summer. I love Dolce & Gabbana's accessories; they have a lot of character and they don't take themselves too seriously, like me. Valentino sandals are the best—always chic yet comfortable.
"In the summer I like to just slip into something easy and run out, and a good piece of jewelry makes all the difference. Aracano has a good variety of necklaces that have a lot of presence and that I can wear with everything."

"I've lately taken to considering what a trench-suit could look like by pairing different shades of khaki, so that's all this really is, punctuated by a red tassel necklace (the exclamation mark), a different shade of beige shoes (the comma), which offer a surprise with their elaborately beaded heels (the semicolon), and a white, '70s-style poplin blouse that is easy enough to wear without thinking twice, but interesting enough to stand on its own (the period).
"My style ethos is very much a sense of 'if you can't beat them, confuse them,' but you have to be sneaky about it. They shouldn't know why they're confused or possibly even that they are, so when considering an outfit's syntax and punctuation, the question mark is always up to the wearer."

"This look is really representative of my personal style. The pieces are ones I currently own and live in, and they represent some of my favorite brands right now. Each item feels very now and modern and exemplifies a total ease of wearability.
"I love an oversize silhouette that offers up a quirky detail or two. But unexpected elements of surprise are what I really covet. My wardrobe tends to venture toward the dark side, with a mostly black and dark color palette. I add some life and vibrancy to my look through contrasting handbag and shoe selections, with pops of color or graphic details. It's all about juxtapositions!"

"I normally start with one item and then I build the look around it—in this case, these incredible Dries Van Noten pants. Dries Van Noten is one of my all-time favorite designers, and this collectsion was to die for. Then I add my staple signature, a masculine-cut, baby-blue silk shirt. I always use a clutch, and this Le Petits Joueurs Love bag is pretty but joyful and playful. Pierre Hardy is always a yes for me, and these colorful sandals are good enough to make me abandon my flats for a little while.
"I have always loved to have fun with clothes and accessories. I like to mix and match colors, patterns, textures, and things that 'normally' or conventionally are not supposed to go together. I love accessories that make an outfit special. In my looks, there is always a funny, playful detail.
"The most important thing for me is to feel good in what I'm wearing—comfortable and myself. I have never really followed trends. I prefer to hunt for hidden treasure in the vide-greniers, the local flea markets that you'll find all over Paris on the weekend, or to discover young designers from all around the world."

"I'm continually impressed by The Row and its soft-meets-structured garments, so I'd love to layer this woven tunic over the most romantic Ryan Roche French lace skirt, then add an organic Marni runway neckpiece, a handmade Erin Considine silk and brass cuff, some quietly cool canvas Margiela mules, and finish with the bold yet classic Isaac Reina bag—strong accessories change everything.
"My fiber arts background never fails to seduce me into collectsing garments with tactile fabrics in mostly natural materials and neutral palettes. You do not want to know how many cream knit sweaters I own. I love to experiment with proportion, striking accessories, and challenging tonal relationships to push myself out of my #allbeigeeverything comfort zone. Outfits are opportunities, affected by everything from the weather to moods or plans for the day, but they also hold a lot of information about the wearer, so I like to make sure I feel both comfortable and confident representing myself in the garb that will take me through my day. And yes, I plan my outfits, which makes for uncomplicated mornings."
