Images of the Week: Replica Handbag Store World Takes New York 

Vogue celebrated its 130th anniversary with Replica Handbag Store World: a runway event and street fair that took over a block in Manhattan’s Meatpacking district. There was plenty to behold. The first starry moment of the show was when Serena Williams walked down the catwalk in custom silver Balenciaga with a cape. The tennis star was accompanied by several ball girls in tennis dresses and carrying rackets. 

Williams wasn’t the only notable name on the cobblestone stage. The cast was filled with supermodels who walked out while Madonna’s “Vogue” played. Joining the ranks were original supers such as Shalom Harlow, Amber Valetta, Helena Christensen, and Karen Elson. They joined their successors like Precious Lee, Adut Akech, Emily Ratajkowski, and the Hadid sisters.  The finale of the extravaganza came when Lil Nas X got up from his seat next to Anna Wintour to perform his hit “Industry Baby.”

On Thursday, Roger Federer announced that he would be retiring from tennis, with next weekend’s Laver Cup being his final professional match. On social media he wrote, “Tennis has treated me more generously than I ever would have dreamt, and now I must recognize when it is time to end my competitive career.” 

Finally, the new Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reunited at Windsor Castle to pay their respects to Queen Elizabeth II ahead of her funeral. They collectsed flowers from the public together on September 8 in her honor.
