Photo: Fionn Reilly1/20I turned to Maureen Meyer to custom design our wedding invitations. I love the logo she created and how it shows the alliteration in my new last name, Kaiser-Kern. She really set the tone for our wedding website and programs to follow suit.
Photo: Fionn Reilly2/20My friends Peter Gray and Maud Laceppe offered to create my beauty look for the day and also for my mother and my sister. They are not only beautiful, trusted friends but both also brought just the right amount of humor when needed to lighten the mood. And I cannot leave out my incredibly talented and lovely colorist David Adams to complete my beauty team.
Photo: Fionn Reilly3/20We had visited the Southwood Estate before and fallen in love with it. It was the perfect venue since it offered enough rooms for our families to stay on the premises—it was great to see everyone get together and share so many special moments.
Photo: Fionn Reilly4/20One of the things I love about Southwood Estate is the mix of the historical house with the beautiful modern art by Wojciech Fangor. My custom couture dress designed by my friend Deborah Milner echoed these sentiments.
Photo: Fionn Reilly5/20I love Gaia Repossi's restrained elegance and therefore found it suiting to accessorize my wedding look with more pieces from Repossi's collectsions. I wore the incredible Berbère ear cuff in rose gold with pave diamonds and two rings from the Antifer collectsion also in rose gold with full pave diamonds.
Photo: Fionn Reilly6/20My personal style revolvess around pieces that are timeless, which you can see in my wedding essentials: Cartier wedding bands, Altuzarra leather pointed-toe pumps, engraved wedding invitations custom-designed by Maureen Meyer and a Globe-Trotter trunk.
Photo: Fionn Reilly7/20As Nicolas and I chose to have one witness each, our respective siblings, I wanted to have several flower girls and ring bearers to walk down our long aisle. I fell in love with cream silk dresses and suits paired with the flower crowns and bouquets by Fox Fodder Farms.

Photo: Fionn Reilly10/20My vision became a reality at this moment in my Balenciaga cape and Philip Treacy veil with my father at my side walking down the aisle to Jeremiah Clarke’s “Trumpet Voluntary.” My stomach was filled with butterflies, I had never been this excited in my entire life.
Photo: Fionn Reilly11/20This was a beautiful moment together with Nicolas in St. Mary's Church in Hudson, New York in front of our dearest family and friends. I loved the European feeling of this 1930s church.
Photo: Stas Komarovski12/20Nicolas was in love with the Triumph. Driving from the ceremony to the reception is one of our favorite memories of the wedding day. It was very fitting with the French music from the sixties played at our reception.

Photo: Fionn Reilly17/20I wanted very classic and understated decorations at our wedding reception to blend with and not overpower our natural setting on the Hudson River. I really loved how the different shades of green mixed with the splashes of pastel hues from the gardenias, roses, and tuberoses.

Photo: Stas Komarovski19/20Our wedding day was so special to us because we were bringing family members and friends together from all over the world. This was a magical day!
