New York Fashion Week is usually an opportunity to test-drive our new fall purchases, but it still feels like summer in the city. Phil Oh is out on the humid, 90-degree streets shooting the best looks outside the shows, from Tom Ford to Jeremy Scott. Consider it a crash course in heat-wave dressing: Some girls are staying cool in slip dresses, others are in denim minis and overalls, and a few have relied on classic cotton shirts.
