Today, as Americans prepare their nachos and dips for the big game, Londoners are spending Sunday evening in more glamorous fashion thanks to the BAFTAs. At the Royal Albert Hall tonight, It-Brits gathered for the 73rd annual British Academy Film Awards, to honor excellence on screen as awards season comes to a close. In addition to stand-out sustainable fashions, the red carpet was replete with dazzling hair and makeup.

There were Ella Balinska's peachy lids—the perfect add-on to her dramatic Giambattista Valli gown—and Lily-Rose Depp's matte ’90s-inspired neutral pout. When it came to hair, slicked updos and insouciant bobs both reigned supreme: Emilia Clarke and Zoë Kravitz smoothed back their lengths with some serious strong-hold gel, while Jodie Turner-Smith and Jessie Buckley displayed a couple of cool chin-grazing crops.
