All the Best Fashions From the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival

The 2024 Tribeca Film Festival is currently underway in New York City, and Hollywood stars have been busy making the red carpet rounds all week long. Whether it’s the festival’s many premieres and screenings—including for buzzy projects such as the new Diane von Furstenberg documentary—or Chanel’s annual “Through Her Lens” lunch—where stars like Kerry Washington and Katie Holmes made a cameo—there’s been no shortage of star power over the past few days. Not to mention some stellar fashions, too.

Among the highlights? At the Chanel event, stars like Holmes, Selma Blair, and Camila Mendes all slipped into the label’s signature tweeds, from skirt suits to dresses. This emphasis on refined daywear has been present throughout much of the festival this past week (it’s a more relaxed event compared to the extremely glamorous Venice or Cannes festivals, after all). Case in point: At a screening of Brats, Demi Moore opted for a white sleeveless jumpsuit with Schiaparelli gold-toe sneakers—the perfect casual-cool look.

Though that’s not to say there hasn’t been great eveningwear, too. At the premiere of The Knife, Kerry Washington slipped into a metallic red Sportmax dress that shined in all the right places, while actor Lily Rabe also wore a metallic silver Honor drear with an asymmetrical tulle sleeve. And the festival isn’t over just yet—meaning, A-listers still have a few more days to turn up in a head-turning ensemble. Ball’s in your court, Hollywood.
