    What an evening! Charlotte Dellal triumphed with her Let’s Go Bananas show at the Sheraton Park Lane. There were dancers, gold confetti, cocktails waiting for us at our 1920s tables, and the most sublime array of shoes and bags I ever did see. Quite simply magical.

    The finale of Anya Hindmarch’s show was utterly mesmerizing. Models popped up from every which way—above, below. Alien-like and robotic, it was a clever way to showcase her fantastic new collectsion of accessories and ready-to-wear.

    Fashion fuel pit stop at my favorite: Rococo Chocolates on the King’s Road. They do every kind of chocolate imaginable and their packaging is exquisite. My Pilotto dress and Anya bag look happy in there, too.

    At my favorite, Claridge’s hotel, before Huishan Zhang’s whimsical show. Claridge’s is such a wonderful and calming hub amidst London Fashion Week madness. And it’s tea . . . the best in town.
