London Fashion Week Ends With a Blowout at The Standard, Hosted by Katie Grand and Bryanboy

London Fashion Week came to an end with a blowout hosted by the ultimate party people, Bryan Yambao (a.k.a Bryanboy) and Katie Grand. The party was to celebrate Grand’s latest venture, Perfect Magazine, and the launch of Issue 2. According to a press release, the latest issue dissects the “increasing awareness of the ways in which technology has allowed our movements to be monitored and documented in minute detail” from Covid vaccine certificates (or “green passes”) to the world of TikTok. 

It was the perfect finale to the five-day LFW extravaganza with a guest list that included all of the heavy hitters from the week and models sporting their latest creations straight off the runway. From London fixtures Erdem Moralioglu and Christopher Kane to newcomers like Emma Chopova and Laura Lowena-Irons of Chopova Lowena and the week’s highlight, Harris Reed in his leopard ensemble, everyone mingled amongst each other. Lindsey Wixon strolled in wearing Conner Ives’ latest creation from his much-talked-about London runway debut. 

It felt like a massive house party as guests mingled and danced around the entire top floor and the rooftop looking over the London Skyline at the Standard. The simple margaritas and vodka cranberries paired with passed hot dogs and slider canapes were the perfect complements to this cool club kid crowd. Rising Euphoria star Chloe Cherry, represented by ANTI-AGENCY, walking around in her red babydoll dress perhaps added to the house party atmosphere, along with the many eclectic looks sported by the crowd.

“London just has that energy right now,” said Valentina Ignatova of By Far alongside her sister and co-founder, Sabina Gyosheva, who dressed the likes of Sabine Getty and Enam Asiama for the party in their signature 90s inspired shoulder bags and minimal pumps. And they were right; the crowd danced to DJs Erol Alkan and Nathan Gregory Wilkins until close and kept the party going well into the first day of Milan Fashion Week.
