Is it any wonder that celebrities consistently deliver some of the best Halloween costumes year after year? Celebrity halloween costumes, each year, just get better and better, with their talent for character play on full, fantastical display. After all, the ability to transform themselves into new, memorable roles is the lynchpin of most entertainers’s careers.
