I would wear this coat all summer, over slip dresses and swimsuits, and well into fall, over narrow cashmere sweaters and true blue jeans, pretending that I stole this from my boyfriend (who I don’t think owns a thing with beaded trim, but that’s neither here nor there) all the while.

While I like the long ivory item that caused comment, I really cannot stop thinking about the brown and white printed number Ashcroft wore, with aplomb, on the cover of NME.
