In the same way that lightning never strikes twice, runway-to-reality moments are generally too rare to come in twos; unless of course your name happens to be Anna Dello Russo or Caroline Sieber. The Vogue Japan editor and the stylist were seated side by side in **Christopher Kane’**s front row, wearing different versions of the season’s most coveted accessory: the snakeskin knee-high—a boot that narrowly escaped (or shall we say slithered past) Vogue’s list of fashion week predictions—we put our money on the now-ubiquitous Miu Miu glitter bootie. If you were wondering what the fashion credits were on this stylish double helix, Sieber wore Fendi while ADR opted for tri-color Prada. “These boots have the most mesmerizing combination of colors. I saw them on the runway and it was love at first sight,” said Sieber. “There is snakeskin everywhere this season. My approach will be through accessories rather than through print . . . an excuse to go for the real thing!” And given that changing outfits between shows is another big trend we’ve noticed this season, we’re guessing the tale won’t end here.
