Ellie Goulding Serenades Perrier-Jouët’s Eden Ball in Miami—Mark Ronson Deejays the After-Party

In the concrete geometry of Miami’s iconic 1111 Lincoln Road—a Herzog & de Meuron–designed parking garage that doubles as one of the city’s most memorable and extravagant event spaces—Ellie Goulding took the stage to perform for the 200 or so select guests at Perrier-Jouët’s Eden Ball. Elegant, almost glowing faux flora dotted the open-air venue, while artist duo Luftwerk cast swirling light projections on the ceiling. The visuals lent a verdant warmth to the stark urban space. Goulding, with three backup singers and a guitarist, offered up a six-song set, including a cover of Rationale’s “Tethered.” Before concluding, the singer—wearing Magda Butrym but no shoes (as she removed them after the first song)—led the crowd in a Champagne toast. The Perrier-Jouët was flowing freely all night—including pours from magnums of the 2006 Belle Epoque.
