Fashionable Frieze: Lauren Santo Domingo Hosts a Dinner With Hugo Nathan and Wentworth Beaumont

Frieze week is throwing heavy shade on Fashion Week. There seems to be a string of exciting dinners and parties every night, so much so that despite extreme exhaustion, the fashionable are out and about nonstop! Last night had a few soirees vying for our attention. Isabel, restaurateur Juan Santa Cruz’s second hit venue, with its moody gold dimmed lighting and cool crowd, was, of course, on all of our call sheets not least because the ever-glamorous Lauren Santo Domingo was calling us to table, hosting a dinner with London art advisory duo Wentworth Beaumont and Hugo Nathan . . . in celebration of Frieze! In attendance was a mix of fashion glitterati, English roses, and London-based Euro scenesters: Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert; Mario Testino; designers Emilia Wickstead and Mary Katrantzou; Lady Rose Cholmondeley; Jacquetta Wheeler; Alice Dellal; Tatiana Santo Domingo; and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, both of whom had come from their own charity dinner (I was there, too) held at London’s zoo!
