Love Wellness Closed International Women’s Month With a Girl-Power Soirée

For the first time ever, the ballroom at New York’s historic Jane Hotel was transformed into a dining hall for Love Wellness’s International Women’s month celebration. The momentous occasion also happened to be the first in-person gathering in two years for the label, which specializes in personal care products for women and was founded by Lauren Bosworth. So it was only natural that the wellness brand went above and beyond planning the ultimate—dare I say it—post-pandemic fête which was masterminded by events production company Barlow & Sons.

“This is sort of our coming-out party,” Bosworth explained during a welcome toast. “Tonight is all about you guys—sorry, I should, girls. After all, it is International Women’s month.”

Every detail was well thought out by Barlow & Sons, from the monumental vulva-shaped flower arrangement created by Brooklyn-based florist Molly Ford to the well-rounded roster of guests, which ranged from female fashion designers like Batsheva Hay to musicians such as Lion Babe’s Jillian Hervey. Even tennis legend Venus Williams, who is a friend of the brand, stopped by to show her support just in time for the joyous after-party.

During the dinner, guests were treated to aura readings by Sara Silverstein. And before enjoying a three-course meal by Alexandra Dettori Catering and Events, everyone took a shot of Limoncello with Good Girl probiotics (one of Love Wellness’s best-selling products). In the words of Bosworth, “Here’s to our vaginas.”
