Surveying the crowd last night at the American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala, two things were evident: Fashion was aplenty and so was youth. Making their way to the velveteen seats at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater was a stylish mix of all ages—Maggie Gyllenhaal, who stunned in a scarlet gown, and Liya Kebede had her daughters in tow. Elsewhere, 8- to 10-year-olds from the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School circulated the room with glee.
