Will you be changing your health, beauty, or fitness routine this year?
One of the things I’m changing in the New Year is how I look at food that is labeled “fat-free” or “low-fat.” There’s so much information out there about the merits and controversies of these labels. I recently watched [a documentary called] Fed Up and that was really interesting—so my plan is to be better informed about what I’m putting in my body. I also really want to try the TRX workout! And I am very excited about the new skin product that Estée Lauder sent me called Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Sculpting/Refinishing Dual Infusion, which uses black diamond truffle extract to give your cells the energy to repair and defend themselves.
What is one bad habit you want to kick?
A bad habit is not washing my face every night. I’m often so tired in the evening that I only apply my night cream and go to bed as soon as possible.

Staying healthy and maintaining great skin is a lifetime pursuit, so it’s always about small steps for me. As each year passes by and as I understand my own body better, I also recognize how much even the slightest change in routine can affect my well-being. The most important thing is to maintain balance. The habit I want to kick the most is not snacking on junk food too much when traveling for work. I’ll also try to use more vegetables and fruits.
