The reason why we are here in this magical place

to host the show, is because the company is 110 years old.

And I am on the roof of [speaking foreign language],

which was founded in 1910.

And behind my shoulder you see the beautiful OASI Zegna.

This season the collectsion is about lightness.

It's about light colors, beautiful fabrics,

light constructions and light shoulders.

We start from these outfits, [speaking foreign language].

The shoulder that I prefer for the season

because it's a straight shoulder

but without any content so it's shirt construction

with a shirt fabric.

Actually, this fabric, as a shirt weight, 180 grams,

and out of it we do tailoring pieces:

coat, outerwear, pants, and of course, shirts.

The jacket is more boxy for the season.

The lapel are more down and the sort of idea

of the buttoning goes to what we created

a couple of years ago which is 1.5 breasted.

And we move to a different proposition.

The season is also about ivory garments, ivory construction,

and this is what I consider the most

important piece for sportswear.

It's an overcoat short.

And basically it's a shirt construction on a piece

that can be easy to use as a jacket itself,

but also as a kind of sportswear piece

that you can combine easily with shirts,

with knitwear, or with a different kind

of underpinning like jersey.

Why not also with shirt and tie.

The fabric is a cotton that belongs to the idea

of usual existing.

So it's recycled and it's part of a big program

where we have cotton, wool, woolen silk,

and many natural different blends.

Another important chapter for this season

is these regiment purple position of fabrics.

So, we have pants, jackets, outerwear, and of course, suits.

The fabric, in this case, is silk mohair,

and I love to play with different kind of stripes.

Mix and match them with different proportions.

You can see this suit, that outerwear piece,

but also a beautiful shirt which is made

in an ultralight cotton and silk and is ideal for summer.

And then we go to a very interesting

proposition for tailoring.

This is a three-piece suit in viscose silk.

Again, the viscose is part of the use of existing program

and we have beautiful raglan shoulder

and the short jacket for this proposition.

So, actually, two propositions for tailoring.

A skinny one with a raglan shoulder,

a boxy one with 1.5 breast, and this idea of ivory pieces

which belongs to the full collectsion.
