Field trip! Tripod.

We got this.

[clapperboard snaps]

Hey guys we're in Thailand.

[All] Come with us!

[laughter]

[Margaret] Traveling for me,

is really about expanding my world view

and seeing things from other people's perspectives.

Kind of getting off Margaret island.

[Woman] You know, before today I never realized

how much work went into creating the jewelry.

[Woman] The idea of craft and handmade things

in this digital age I think is super important because

it makes it okay to be imperfect and unique.

[Woman] I strongly believe that when you create

a safe and respectful work environment,

it gives people the chance to thrive

and that's something I saw.

[upbeat music]

[Margaret] So the fact that Pandora takes this approach.

It's more about community, it's about education,

it's about gender equality and fair pay.

All of those things.

These kinds of steps are important to move forward.

You can't expect to make change by just,

you know standing still.

[Halima] We had a therapy session.

[engine revving]

[Woman] I got it. [engine revving]

[Margaret] Woo-hoo!

[upbeat music]

[Woman] Woo!

[Woman] The minute we landed it was like

the nicest people.

[Margaret] I've always found Thailand's people

to be very kind and open-minded

and progressive and very creative.

[Woman] I would describe the sound and sights of Thailand

as very colorful, very layered in the sound.

[Margaret] There are things like Flora and Fauna

that are so foreign to the eye that can feel hallucinogenic,

or very structured, or very Brutalist.

[Woman] I think it is one of the most

beautiful places in the whole world.

The sunsets and the sunrises.

We saw the sunrise today, it was incredible.

And all of the people are so happy and always smiling,

and I love it.

[upbeat music]

And cut!

[laughter]

Oh my god it was so good!

[Man] One more.
