Hi, I'm Venus here at the Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club.
I'm gonna show you my workout.
So everybody's into firm glutes.
So am I.
You can hold it out,
and then you can go into a hamstring curl.
So clams also help your tushie look amazing.
And I do different variations.
I'm gonna start with the straight leg raise
and little circles backwards, little circles forwards.
Go ahead and extend it down, extend up.
Everybody needs a beach body.
I live in Florida, so I need one all year.
Make sure you're not too high or too low sagging
and hold this for as long as you can.
I'm gonna add some variations to it.
Because why?
We love the burn.
You can add some weight with this.
Also a leg raise.
Bang out 25, 100, and 1000 of these, you're good.
Over to the left.
And hit that right real hard, oh my god.
