Prayer, Meditation, and Plenty of Vodka: How the Victoria’s Secret Angels Get Runway Ready

Before the show I like to do a little bit of meditation.

Find a little area to myself and say a prayer.

Drink a cup of tea, jasmine tea to make me feel calm.

Or hide out in a back room somewhere.

Definitely a lot of deep breathing.

I surround myself with people, friends, like this geek.

Lots of green tea for me.

For me it's music.

During the fashion show I'll listen to whatever performers

are singing, so I've lip synced to Miguel, Harry Styles.

Oh my god he's so sexy. Oh my god.

Last minute workouts.

I'll usually do some squats.

Like just squats.

Two hours before the show. Feel my butt.

Squats. Meditate.

I always have a little bit more of my butt,

so it seems like I have something.

Kind of arch your back, because I'm always about the butt.

Put your shoulders back and make the face,

intense eyes and that's it.

You're gonna kill it if you do that.
