Nearly 3,000 highly trained and beautifully coiffed canines attended the 2018 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show this year, spending the days before the competition awaiting their adoring public in personalized booths laid across New York's Pier 92/94; Vogue went along to meet the breeds.
