“I’m a professional snoop!” exclaimed Architectural Digest’s editor in chief, Amy Astley, at last night’s September Style Issue soiree at the Public Hotel. As the clouds parted just in time for guests, including Anna Wintour, Julianne Moore, and Nicky Hilton Rothschild, to take in the city skyline from the roof, Astley beamed over the issue’s in-depth looks at the interiors of major forces of fashion, among them Alexander Wang, Claudia Schiffer, and Kate Moss. “People are passionate about their homes,” said Astley. “[Claudia Schiffer has] been working on that house for 15 years.”
