“For me, it’s more than a movie premiere. It’s like I did something with my best friends,” said Kirsten Dunst of Laura and Kate Mulleavy’s new film, Woodshock. The actress was curled up in a velvet chair in the lounge of the Whitby Hotel in midtown Manhattan, wearing a glittering Rodarte black dress. Opposite her was Kate Mulleavy—also in glittering black. “That’s how I feel. In a weird way, I think it was so personal between us,” said Kate. “But I also think the film is very personal. I was just talking to someone and she said, ‘You went inside a woman’s mind.’ That’s what we tried to do with this movie.”
