Bonjour [beep].

[upbeat music]

Like, I'm saving money.

[spectators shouting]

Bonjour, you little truffles.

Good morning.

I'm getting ready for the Schiaparelli show.

Come join me, or not.

[upbeat music continues]

So this is how I wake up as a rich woman.

I have staffs.

We're getting ready for the Schiaparelli show.

[Cardi B laughing]

Isn't she beautiful?

Actually, we have three options.

Well, not really, two.

First we have another option.

It was a white and black option,

but we picked this one.

And the reason why I said we had three options,

because we had this option to be short with black tights,

but I'm a little bit too skinny right now,

so I don't really like how my legs look.

So we're gonna keep it long.

[upbeat music]

Isn't this hotel lovely?

Fit for a queen, like myself.

[upbeat music continues]

So the beauty look for this show, you know, like,

the whole outfit is gonna be practically black and gold,

so I feel like I'm hoping that my face,

the eyeshadow, the gold, it pops up.

I feel like this look today is doing too much

but not really doing too much.

It's always about looking chic.

I think in Paris, even like when you see people,

I don't know if you guys are naturally like this,

but even like when you see people getting coffee in Paris,

they look naturally chic.

This is my favorite city.

I just love the ambience.

You know, I love the buildings.

For some reason it just tells a story

without telling a story, you know what I'm saying?

I feel like there's so much history here.

One of the best things is that it's like

there's a lot of cities that are beautiful

but I hate the food.

But I love the food out here.

You guys will do truffle everything.

You probably have truffle Champagne.

[Make Up Artist] Yeah.

[Cameraman] Would would you like us to organize

a class with a French chef to do the pasta truffle?

Yes, please, because Americans,

they cannot do truffle pasta.

[whimsical music]

What you can find in Paris

that you can't find anywhere else,

a lot of purses that you cannot really find in America.

[whimsical music continues]

I could say this, though.

This is my first Couture Fashion Week.

I'm excited to see if I ace it and I do good,

and I'm excited to see the clothes,

'cause I never came to Couture Fashion Week.

So I feel like Schiaparelli just,

it's like a great balance of doing too much

but not looking, like, pathetic.

[hip hop music]

I feel like we should put the earrings first.

[hip hop music continues]

Bonjour, [beep].

I swear to God, I'm gonna be so, guys, I've been very upset

because everybody thinks that I came here for Couture Week,

but I really came here to buy a Birkin bag.

[make up artist laughing]

I cannot find it nowhere in the States,

and let me tell you something,

I've been looking for this Birkin for two months

and then my Hermes plug said that it was coming to New York

and I think she sold it to somebody else.

But it's okay, because I came here to get it myself.

And, like, I'm saving money.

Like, I'm like budgeting, right?

What?

Hold on.

What is going on?

Hold on.

[hairstylist laughing] Let me try something.

[hip hop music]

Tight would look better.

You know what's so crazy?

I look like my Mom when she was younger.

So let's get dressed.

[hip hop music continues]

Okay guys, for real, we're getting ready now.

Like, I would let y'all stay,

but my curlers is all out.

[hip hop music continues]

[hip hop music continues]

[hip hop music continues]

I'm actually feeling a little nervous now.

I feel really amazing.

I feel beautiful, to be honest with you.

I just love the whole look.

My favorite song,

and the reason why I took French class in college

was because I was in love with the song

called La Via en Rose.

[Interviewer] Mm-hmm.

But that's my favorite song,

and I love how Grace Jones sang it.

And then when I went to college and everything,

I took French class because of, certainly,

'cause of that song.

[Interviewer] And how do you deal with celebrity

on a daily basis?

Because I feel like it's hard sometimes, right?

It is hard, but sometimes I just don't give a [beep].

Thank you, guys, for doing the get ready with me.

The show is about to start.

I'm about to sit next to Tracee Ellis Ross,

and bye, before I get in trouble.

I'll see you guys later, my little truffles.
